My teen loves every time we come here. They say that their body works better doing their other activities through the week (running and surfing). All of the team has been so encouraging.

I feel pretty good over the last couple of months. I still keep working on weights, eating properly, building my weight up. Doing pretty good with my AFL.

The teen program gives kids a really good basis to learn how to use weights and build techniques with their exercises so that when they are old enough to go the gym themselves, their forms are correct
